The Compact series offers superior performance with outstanding light distribution. This light will add a touch of class to your swimming pool or fountain .
New regulations require that in all new pools, all lights must be 12 volts or less or 30 volts DC. Due to line losses on a 12 volt system, once the cable length exceeded 12 meters the line losses or illumination dropped up to 50% rendering the light output very inadequate, if not useless.
STROUD HAVE THE SOLUTION......We now have available a range of Compact light fittings which are matched with a fully approved 30V DC transformer. These lights in 12 and 24 metre length and allow 100% illumination output. The obvious advantages of the new 30V DC system are that there is no need for using expensive heavy duty cable and no added expense and labour involved with joining cables and junction boxes. Future problems of leaking junction boxes are also avoided. |
