GENIE SERIES II

The exclusive Baracuda diaphragm technology has been helping pool owners keep their pools sparkling clean for many years. Baracuda improved their diaphragm technology by enclosing it in a cassette to make it easier removal for maintenance and cleaning and to increase suction power at the pool surface. Advantages of the cassette diaphragm are:

Increased cleaning efficiency.
The suction removes dirt and algae from pool wall surfaces like pebblecrete with ease.
Stronger suction pulls difficult debris like gum nuts and small twigs, through the diaphragm with less chance to jam.
Twist-and-Release cassette gives easy access to diaphragm
Diaphragm is easy to release or replace.

Other GENIE SERIES II Attributes

Revolving outer body - The GENIE SERIES II swivels freely on its inner cassette system to increase random coverage of your pool.

Swivel action - Helps pull cleaner head away or over pool obstacles like steps, main drains and lights.

Hydromatic shape - Directs water flow to increase suction on pool floor and walls.

New Screw-In cassette Fitting - provides an extra strong connection between the cassette and the main frame.

Special light weight design - Assists the GENIE SERIES II to climb over or around pool obstacles.

Two alternative models to clean all types of pool surfaces.

Concrete Model - Use special long wearing foot and finned disc to clean painted, marblesheen, pebblecrete and similar pools. Helps keep pool surfaces free from algae and dust.

Smooth Surface Model - Specially configured to climb walls with smooth surfaces like fibreglass and fully tiled pools. Finned disc and special soft foot adheres to shiny surfaces and climbs through difficult or sharp corners.

Designed to enable the Zodiac G4 in climbing over main drains, lights and return fittings without getting stuck.

Dual Contact Disc
Next generation disc technology pioneered by Zodiac. Works with the Sail to maximise contact with the pool surface giving you a beautifully clean pool. The rigid inner support system provides strength and structure for the internal contact pads that provide a gentle motion to pick up and direct fine debris into the cleaner.

Hull
The structurally rigid component to which all main components are fastened, that houses the diaphragm.

Rudder
Gives the Zodiac G4 better balance and directional stability that allows enhanced coverage and thorough cleaning.

Sail
Made from clear XYLEX™ resin, designed to last longer and resist fading. Creates a “downdraught” effect that gives maximum adhesion and surface coverage.
