Application of Bladder Tanks

The design and dimensions of the bladder tanks allows for some interesting applications for use.

Here are a few ideas:

1. Rental properties. Simple to install and ideal for washing the car, boat, motorcycle or plants and garden. When leaving, simply roll up and carry away.

2. Elevated properties. Have a house built more than 650mm above the ground? Easy, the bag has been designed to fit between the piers and it becomes a simple job for a plumber to connect the required fittings. A number of bags can be connected together to further increase storage. Remember, we can never have too much water.

3. Grey water. With the appropriate labelling affixed to the tank why not collect grey waste water for the garden? Consult a plumber in regard to local regulation in this matter.

4. Farms. As water supplies can me depleted or harder to find, the bladder tanks are ideal for convenient transport of water on the back of a table top truck. The bags are available in 2,000, 3,000 and 5,000 litre capacity. All bags come with light weight tie-down rings to secure the bladder and a truck strap to secure the filled bag in transit. (Please note these bags are not recommended  for commercial water carriers)

5. Existing Tank Systems. The bladders are ideal for collecting overflow from existing farm water (or other) tanks. Why use valuable drinking water from your farm tanks for washing or gardening use when with a simple installation you can collect non-drinking water with your bladder tank.

6. Fire Fighting. How handy to have a few folded bags stored in the shed for when that fire appears over the ridge. With a simple fire pump you convert most any truck into a water tank to move quickly to a fire. It just may save your home or machinery shed. Don’t forget; they take up very little space when folded and are contained in their own convenient carry bag.

7. Pools. Raised pool or spa decking? Why not use the underfloor space for a 2000, 3000 or 5000 litre tank for topping up the pool in those dry times. Remember, water restrictions are probably going to affect us for some time to come.
