All our pool pump repairs are carried out by qualified electrical fitters.
Before you send us your pump, please make sure that it is not rusted or corroded underneath, or more than 8 years old, as it will not be worth repairing. Plus it's always good to call us before 1st to check on turnaround times as we do get very busy.
You need to make sure the pump has no water in it, pack it up & send it to us either by post or courier. We will courier it back to you. (Of course you need to pay for return freight). Our address details are at the top of the page under "Contact Us".
