Flush Mounted Ceramic Light Engine [ L.E.D.] Lights
The Spa Electrics Ceramic light engine (WN850) uses the latest technology in L.E.D lighting and we are confident in saying that it is the brightest underwater light on the market.
The 'ceramic light engine' is slightly larger than a postage stamp yet it contains more than 200 L.E.D.’s, these L.E.D.’s are then encased in a ceramic housing which is then cooled via a heat sink thus allowing for greater light output and heat dissipation.
The life of the L.E.D. is rated at 50,000+ hours which is equivalent to 22 years of normal usage life, hence there is no need to change globes ever again.
It is an environmentally friendly product which requires virtually no maintenance and is well suited for both commercial and domestic applications, as it uses 75% less power when compared to a traditional Halogen pool light.
It is a flush mounted light that protrudes only 18 mm from the pool wall and is available in BLUE, WHITE or GREEN.
It is the first light on the market with a detachable plug for ease of servicing; this feature eliminates the possibility of moisture entering the light via the cable gland
