Just a short note to say thanks for your assistance supplying my Minder salt cell which I received early in the week. I waited until I had the part fitted to get back to with this note but yesterday I had the time to redo the plumbing as the salt Cell connectors were of a different model than I had installed on my water system however I got it all sorted eventually and the unit is working well. Thanks again and I will surely be returning to your company if I need any other pool parts which I have difficulty with here in Thailand.

I received the items this afternoon so thanks for following this up for me. One mistake though, in the order I had ordered the Poppit Quick Fix 1Kg, however I was only sent the smaller 475g. There is no point in sending this one back to exchange for the 1kg so can this be fixed up some other way... Thanks, this arrived today. I wasn't expecting a full 1kg (another half kg would have been fine) so thank you for sorting this out and going the extra effort. I will definitely look at purchasing from you again

Just wanted to say 'thank you' for the great service fron DPS. Aust Post delivered the cell 20 mins ago and I am about to instal it. The delivery man even beat the tracking email!! I find that quite amazing for it to get from Cardiff to Brisbane in less than 24 hrs when an Overnignt Express envelope to my office in Sydney CBD can take up to 3 days!!

Thank you so much for our Zodiac V3 Robotic Pool Cleaner. It arrived really quickly and although I was hesitant to spend so much money on a pool cleaner I couldn’t be happier with the product, I have a lot of trees around my pool and the filter/vacuum never seems to get enough suction to do a good job. My pool is the cleanest it’s ever been and so little effort from me! I would highly recommend this product to anyone!
