Our Journey So Far

• The Beginnings (Early 2000s): Our story began in Cardiff, Newcastle, New South Wales. Direct Pool Supplies was born out of a passion for bringing the best in pool and spa equipment to our local community.
• First Major Milestone (2013): We expanded our horizons by joining forces with Warners Bay Pool Shop, marking our first significant step towards regional growth.
• A New Era (2020): This was a landmark year as we joined the Australian Pool and Spa Co. family. We also introduced our mobile service division, bringing expert pool care directly to our customers' doorsteps.
• ACT Footprint (2021): We made a significant leap by acquiring Cool Pools of Canberra, with locations in Chapman and Belconnen.
• Queensland expansion (2022 to 2023): We strengthened our presence on the Gold Coast with the acquisition of Active Pool Supplies in Runaway Bay and Bundall.
• Sydney and Coastal Growth (2023 to 2024): In 2023, Sydney's Best Pool Service joined our family. We also expanded across the Mid North Coast and Lake Macquarie through the acquisitions of Essential Pools in Taree and Belmont Pool Shop.
• Queensland and NSW Growth (2025): We expanded into the Sunshine Coast with the addition of our Buderim store. In Sydney, we grew our service footprint across the CBD, Northern, and Eastern Suburbs, and relocated our Epping retail store to a fresh location in Beecroft.
