1. What is Direct Pool Supplies?
Direct Pool Supplies is now part of Australian Pool and Spa Holdings. Operating since 1995, Direct Pool Supplies has been Australia’s favorite pool and spa product supplier for over two decades. 2. How do I place an order?
You can place an order by navigating to the product you wish to purchase, adding it to your shopping cart, and proceeding to checkout. During checkout, you will be asked for shipping and payment information. Note: Some products require contact via our ‘request quote’ functions in order to ensure compatibility with your existing systems, or installation by licensed personnel. This may be also due to agreements with suppliers

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal. We also accept AfterPay and Zip Pay
4. Is it safe to order online?
Yes, it is safe. We use encryption technology to protect your personal information during transmission. Your credit card information is only used for transaction processing and is not stored on our servers.
5. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
This depends on the shipping method chosen during checkout, the size, weight, and chemical rating of the product. In stock items are typically shipped the same or next business day. Typical shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, however it is always best to check estimated shipping on the product’s page. Express shipping options may also be available depending on your products and location.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with all available tracking information. When tracking codes are available, you can use this number to track your order on the courier's website.
7. Can I return a product?
Yes, you can return most items that are unopened and unused within 30 days of purchase. Some items are not able to be returned, refer to our Return Policy Page for more detailed information. Please double check compatibility with your existing equipment prior to purchase.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service immediately with photos of the damage to your delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.

10. How do I maintain my pool/spa?
We offer various resources for pool and spa maintenance, including guides and tutorials. You can find these in the Guides section available from the Home Page.
11. How often should I test my pool/spa water?
For best results, it's recommended that you test your pool/spa water at least once every two weeks. More frequent testing may be necessary after heavy use, rainstorms, or large changes in temperature. Find our pool testers here.
12. What is Shipping Protection
Our optional Shipping Protection provides peace of mind by covering your packages against loss, damage, or theft during transit. From the moment you check out until your goods are safely delivered, you can rest easy knowing you're protected. The cost of Shipping Protection is calculated based on your order total.

Yes we do! Direct Pool Supplies offers installation in select areas along the east coast. Contact us for details
14. Can I purchase gift cards?
No, Direct Pool Supplies does not currently issue gift cards at this time.
15. Can you ship internationally?
Yes, however all orders outside of Australia may be subject to Import duties and taxes. This will be payable by the customer. It is recommended to check your county's import policies and taxes to calculate this cost.
16. What is a special order item?
Special order items are made to order. Special order items include paints, pool and spa covers, and liners (as well as a few other items). Due to the nature of these products, you must be sure to check your order is correct before ordering, as we cannot return these items.
17. Why don't you display prices on all your products?
Due to supplier agreements, we cannot display prices on some products. If you see a product you wish to purchase, and it does not have an add to cart function - please either request a quote or contact customer service to place the order.
