Win BIG This Winter: Direct Pool Supplies 2026

1. The Promoter

This competition is run by Australian Pool & Spa Co Pty Ltd (ABN 56 650 616 765), trading as Direct Pool Supplies. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to residential pool servicing customers only. Commercial accounts are not eligible.
  • Entrants must reside within our active service areas: QLD (Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Cairns), NSW (Newcastle area, and Sydney's Northern Suburbs, Inner City, Eastern Suburbs, and select parts of the Inner West), and all of the ACT.
  • Pools must be in standard, serviceable condition. Pools with green water, black algae, or equipment failures at the time of service are not eligible for the prize.
  • Employees of Direct Pool Supplies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements

  • To be eligible, entrants must complete and fully pay for a minimum of one standard residential pool service between 1 March 2026 and 31 May 2026 (inclusive).
  • Payment must be processed through Pinch, Direct Pool Supplies' automated direct debit platform.
  • Registering interest through this form does not constitute an entry. Entry is only confirmed upon completion of a qualifying paid service.
  • One entry per residential address regardless of the number of services completed.

4. The Prize

  • Six winners will be selected in total: three from QLD and three from NSW/ACT.
  • Each winner receives one standard residential pool service per month for June, July, and August 2026: three services in total.
  • Each service includes: a full clean (skim, brush, vacuum), professional water test and chemical balance, and all chemicals required to balance the water.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.
  • Prize services must be accepted as scheduled by Direct Pool Supplies. Reasonable scheduling flexibility will be offered.

5. Service Exclusions & Right of Refusal

  • The prize covers standard winter maintenance only. It does not cover pools with major defects, severe pre-existing issues, or damage requiring significant remediation.
  • Excluded conditions include, but are not limited to: major equipment failures (e.g., broken pumps, faulty chlorinators, or structural leaks), acts of nature (e.g., severe storm damage, flooding, or heavy environmental debris), and extreme water conditions such as full green pools or black algae outbreaks.
  • Direct Pool Supplies reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel prize services at any time if the pool is deemed to have suffered severe neglect, lacks basic consistent maintenance, or presents an unsafe environment for our technicians.

6. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries after the competition close date of 31 May 2026.
  • Winners will be notified via the email address provided at registration within 14 days of the draw.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of notification, a redraw may be conducted.

7. Privacy & Marketing

Personal information collected through this competition will be used for the purposes of administering the competition and to send you promotional offers and pool care updates from Direct Pool Supplies. You may opt out of these marketing communications at any time. We will not share your details with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. General

  • Direct Pool Supplies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this competition at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • The promoter's decision on all matters relating to this competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
