Lo-Chlor Fume Away is a liquid acid fume inhibitor and corrosion protector — added directly to hydrochloric (muriatic) acid before use to instantly neutralise the dangerous fumes produced when acid is applied to pools and spas.

Hydrochloric acid (HCl) is one of the most commonly used pool chemicals for pH reduction and surface cleaning — and one of the most hazardous. The fumes produced during application cause respiratory irritation, corrode metal surfaces and equipment, and degrade pool infrastructure over time. Fume Away's surfactant-based formula suppresses fuming on contact, making acid work dramatically safer.
