Absolutely. This introductory service covers all essential chemicals and cleaning — no hidden charges or add-ons. You’ll receive a full clean, balanced water, and a basic equipment check, all included in your one-off service.
Once your order is placed, our team will be in touch within one business day to confirm your booking.
Your service will be completed within one week of ordering, between Monday and Friday.
If we can’t get to you within that timeframe, we’ll contact you straight away to confirm a schedule that works for you.
Not at all — you don’t need to be home during your service. Just let us know about any access details or gate codes ahead of time.
If you have pets, we recommend keeping them indoors during your servicing window to ensure their safety (and ours).
If your pool doesn’t meet the eligibility requirements for this introductory offer, our team will get in touch to discuss your options. That might include a cancellation and refund, rescheduling, or we can quote you for the extra work if it’s possible to complete on the same day — you’ll simply pay the difference.
