How to Use and Maintain Your Revolution II and Revolution III Robotic Pool Cleaner

The Revolution II and Revolution III are both top-of-the-range easy-to-use robotic cleaners. Both robotic cleaners provide environmentally friendly cleaning processes - meaning you require fewer chemicals. The units scrub, brush, vacuum, and filter, preventing the germination of algae and bacteria.

How to set up your Revolution II and III Robotic Pool Cleaner

  1. Unwind and stretch out the cable entirely so that it has no kinks.
  2. Connect the floating cable to the power supply by inserting it with the notch on the connector lined up with the groove in the socket on the power supply and turning clockwise.

Your power supply should be positioned approximately near the middle of the longer side of your pool at a distance of 3m/10ft. This will give your cleaner more excellent maneuverability around your pool floor.

  1. Lower your pool cleaner into the pool by the handle. Shake the robotic cleaner from side to side to release any trapped air. Once the trapped air is out let the cleaner sink to the pool floor.
  2. Turn the power supply on.

How to remove from the pool

Once the cleaning cycle has finished, the cleaner will automatically shut off. To remove your robotic cleaner from the pool follow these steps:

  1. Turn off and unplug from the power supply.
  2. Using the floating cable brings the cleaner to the pool's edge.
  3. Pull the cleaner out of the pool using the handle. Do not pull the Robotic cleaner out of the pool using the cable.

How to maintain your Revolution II and III Pool Cleaner

Cleaning the filter

Cleaning your filter regularly will help with the longevity of your filter bag and will make sure the cleaner has the optimal suction levels.

  1. Unplug the cleaner from the power supply.
  2. Turn the pool cleaner upside down. Open the bottom lid and pull out the cartridge.
  3. Open the clips and remove the filter bag.
  4. Clean the filter bag with a hose.

It is recommended to periodically wash the filter bag on a gentle cycle in your washing machine.

Cleaning the Impeller

If you notice debris stuck in the impeller, you will need to open the impeller and remove it.

  1. Unplug from the power supply.
  2. Unscrew the cover and clean out the impeller.
