Our customer service team is available on all standard business days to keep things moving, taking a break only for Christmas, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. Orders listed as "In Stock" placed before 10 AM AEDT are ready to ship and will leave our warehouse by the next business day. Please remember that Australia Post is experiencing high volumes and some supplier warehouses are closed, so special orders or non-stock items may not arrive before Christmas.
