The Oval is the multi-purpose pick. There is enough clear length for the kids to play and for you to swim a lap or two, and enough room around the edges for everyone else to lounge without getting in the way of the swimmers. The rounded ends give it a soft, classic look that settles into a traditional backyard rather than shouting over it.
Set it above ground on a prepared base for the quick, budget-friendly path, box it in with decking, or dig it partly or fully in for a built-in look. However you finish it, you end up with the part of the house everyone gravitates to from October through to April.
Why an oval?
The oval is the shape to pick when you want one pool to do everything. The long, open water suits laps and games, while the generous perimeter gives adults room to sit, wade and relax without crowding the swimmers. It is the genuine all-rounder of the range.
Its rounded edges give a soft, classic look that complements most traditional backyard landscapes, so it fits in rather than dominating the yard. And it stretches further than any other shape here, from a tidy 4.8m family pool right up to an 18m that swims like a proper lap pool.

Above ground, part way in, or fully in-ground
The Majestic is a premium modular system engineered for strength and long-term performance in harsh Australian conditions. Its structural design gives you a rare bit of flexibility: the same pool can go above ground, partially in-ground, or fully in-ground to suit your block and the look you are after.
Above ground. The quickest, most affordable path. Sits on a prepared, level base and is swimming in days rather than months.
Partially in-ground. Dug in part way and finished with decking or a surround for a lower profile without a full excavation.
Fully in-ground. The built-in, flush-with-the-yard look at a fraction of a concrete or fibreglass build. Needs excavation and backfill, so talk to us before you order and we will walk you through what is involved.

Built for Australian conditions
A cheap above ground pool gives you two or three good summers before the rails powder up and the wall starts to sag. The Majestic is built to a different standard.
ZAM coated posts. Zinc, aluminium and magnesium alloy coating that holds up far better than standard galvanised steel against salt and the elements. The structure is the part you cannot replace, so it is the part worth getting right.
Non-corrosive resin rails. Top and bottom rails that will not rust, pit or stain your liner.
Double laminated vinyl wall. A tougher, longer-lasting wall membrane than single-layer budget pools.
Saltwater throughout. The chlorinator runs off salt rather than handfuls of chemicals, so the water is gentler on skin and eyes and far less fuss to keep clear.

Pro rata warranty on the fabrication of the pool liner.
Classic Pools warrants the structure of every Majestic pool for 20 years and the liner for 5, both pro rata. In plain terms, the first year is covered in full, and after that the warranty covers parts at a share of the current retail price that steps up as the pool ages, with freight on top. It covers manufacturing defects in the structure itself, not general wear, weathering, chemical damage, or the pump and filter gear, which carry their own manufacturer warranties.
Two things keep it valid: register the pool with Classic Pools after you buy, and assemble it to the supplied instructions. It covers the original purchaser and does not transfer with the house.

1. Liner colour
Five finishes: Dark Blue, Light Blue, Maui, Reef Pebble and Coral Sand. The liner sets the colour of the water and the feel of the whole pool. See what each one does further down the page.
2. Size
Eight sizes: 4.8m x 3.6m, 6.1m x 3.6m, 7.3m x 3.6m, 7.7m x 4.5m, 9.2m x 4.5m, 10m x 5.5m, 12.6m x 6.4m and 18m x 7.3m. All a standard 1.37m deep.
3. Filter type
Cartridge or sand, same price either way. Both do the job. Open the panel below if you are not sure which suits you.

Liner colours
The liner is what you actually see once the pool is full. It sets the colour of the water, how deep it reads and the whole mood of the backyard. All five are selectable at the top of the page. Pricing varies a little by finish, and the price updates as you choose, so pick the one that suits your space and the look you are after.

Dark Blue
Deep, rich, postcard blue. Gives the water real depth and a high-contrast, resort look. The classic choice, and it suits just about any backyard.
Light Blue
Bright, crisp and clean. A lighter water tone that sparkles under full sun and reads fresh and open. Shows off water clarity better than any other finish.
Maui
A deeper, tropical aqua. Richer and more saturated than the standard blues, leaning toward teal in bright light. Vivid, warm and eye-catching.
Reef Pebble
A soft, mottled pebble-look finish with a gentle blue-green tone. Reads the most natural of the range, closer to an in-ground pebblecrete pool, and sits beautifully against timber and landscaping.
Coral Sand
A warm, sandy base that turns the water a lagoon turquoise. The warmest and most tropical finish in the range, think Mediterranean or island resort.

A note on colour and images
The images and swatches on this page are artistic renders. They give you a guide, not an exact match, and the finished product may differ. How your water actually looks depends on your surrounds, the depth of the pool and the light and shadow across it through the day, so the same liner can read differently from one yard to the next. Buying a pool kit is the easy part. We handle the rest.
Anyone can sell you a box of pool components. The bit that trips people up is everything around it, getting it approved, getting it on site, and getting it installed properly. Classic Pools builds the kit. Direct Pool Supplies, in partnership with them, helps you get it approved, delivered, installed and looked after.
DA and council approvals
Above ground pools still need approval almost everywhere, and the rules shift between states and councils. We help you work out what applies to your block, what your certifier will want to see, and how to get the paperwork moving. We are not your certifier, but we will make the process far less painful.
Local installers
An oval is a straightforward shape, curved ends and straight sides, so the smaller ovals are well within reach for a confident owner. The larger sizes are a big pool to set out, and going in-ground adds excavation, so that is where a hand pays off. Either way, we are happy to point you to installers in your area who do this week in, week out.

Common questions
Is it actually saltwater?
Yes. A saltwater chlorinator is included. You add pool salt to the water and the chlorinator does the rest, gentler on skin and eyes, and far less hands-on than dosing chemicals.
How deep is it?
1.37m as standard across the whole floor. Want more depth? A deep end is available as an optional upgrade, just get in touch before you order and we will sort it.
Will the water match the colour in the photos?
Close, but treat the images as a guide rather than an exact match. They are artistic renders. The real colour of your water shifts with the surrounds, the depth and the light and shadow on the day, so the same liner looks different from yard to yard. Not sure which finish to run? Can I install it myself?
The smaller ovals are a realistic job for a confident owner, since the shape is straightforward. The bigger sizes are a large pool, and the base prep is the part that matters most either way, so if you are not sure, or you are going in-ground, ask us and we will suggest a local installer.
What is the braceless version?
Standard kits use external braces to support the wall. The braceless version does away with those for a cleaner, uninterrupted line around the pool, which suits partial and full in-ground installs and a more built-in finish. It is offered as an option rather than on the page, so get in touch and we will talk you through whether it suits your install.
Can it go in-ground?
Yes. The Majestic system is engineered to be installed above ground, partly in-ground or fully in-ground. In-ground and partial installs need excavation and backfill and a bit more planning, so have a chat with us before you order and we will talk you through it.
What is the lead time?
Liners are made to order, so allow time for manufacture and dispatch once your order is confirmed. Lead times stretch out the closer it gets to summer, so the earlier you order, the sooner you swim.
What is not included?
Filter sand (for the sand filter option), PVC pipe and pool salt are not in the kit. We will give you a clear list of what to grab for your install so nothing holds you up.
