Waterway / Aquatemp 1.5" Spa Heater Split Nut
NOT the common size (2" is most popular).
Found on 40mm / 1.5" heater unions - on Dimension One spas and others.
OD = 72mm.
Thread = approx 63mm.
Sleeve collar internal diameter = 49mm.
Can be used to replace threaded nuts on LX H15 / H20 / H30 / H50 40mm heaters as well BUT must have the inner surface filed down to suit the wider diameter heater tube.
Does not suit 1.5" threaded pump unions - heaters only.
