Chemically clean water and visually clear water are not the same thing. A well-sanitised spa can still look murky if body oils and fats from bathers are accumulating faster than the filter can clear them. Heat intensifies this, because higher water temperature accelerates the breakdown of oils from skin and cosmetics into the water.

AquaSpa Spa Kleer is a clarifying agent designed for exactly this. It works by attracting and binding the fine oil and fat particles that pass through standard filtration, forming larger clusters the filter can collect. The result is clearer water and better filter performance. The 500ml suits occasional use or spot treatment when clarity drops.

Dose and run filtration
Haze with correct sanitiser and pH levels points to oil and fat accumulation. Dose Spa Kleer with the pump running and allow at least 4 hours of filtration to collect the bound particles.
🎉After a party or high bather load▾
Dose as a follow-up
High bather numbers introduce significantly more oils and cosmetics into the water. Dose Spa Kleer after the session alongside Spa Shock for a complete treatment.
🌊Proactive use in warm climates▾
Weekly addition
In consistently hot conditions, oils break down into the water faster. A small regular dose of Spa Kleer as part of the weekly routine maintains clarity rather than treating it reactively.
🔧Filter is clogged or running hot▾
Use Filter Klenz first
Spa Kleer works with the filter to collect particles. If the filter is heavily clogged, clean it with Instant Filter Klenz first, then dose Kleer so the cleared filter can do its job.

My water is clear but the filter is still getting dirty quickly. Does Spa Kleer cause that?▾
Yes, in the best possible way. Spa Kleer binds fine particles so the filter can collect them. Increased filter loading after dosing is a sign it is working. Clean the filter more frequently during active Kleer use.
Can I use Spa Kleer and Spa Shock at the same time?▾
Yes. Spa Shock deals with organic compounds and Spa Kleer deals with the oil and fat particles that cause haze. They work on different problems and can be dosed together.
Why is my water still hazy after dosing Spa Kleer?▾
Either the filter is too clogged to collect the bound particles, or the cause of haze is something other than oil accumulation. Check the filter and clean it if needed. If pH or sanitiser levels are off, correct those first.
How often should I use Spa Kleer?▾
Reactively when water looks hazy, or proactively at 10-15ml per 1,000L weekly in warm climates or high-use spas.
