🧽 What it doesā–¾

Every spa accumulates a brown waterline. It is a combination of body oils, mineral deposits and organic material that settles at the water's surface regardless of how well the chemistry is managed. It is cosmetic, not a water quality failure, but it is persistent and does not dissolve with normal chemical treatment. The AquaSpa Spa Cleaning Pad removes it without scratching the spa shell or leaving behind residue.

The pad is purpose-made for spa surfaces: firm enough to remove the waterline build-up but gentle enough not to abrade acrylic or fibreglass finishes. It works dry or with a small amount of water. No chemicals required.

ā“ FAQā–¾
Will the cleaning pad scratch my acrylic spa?ā–¾
No. The pad is purpose-made for spa surfaces and is tested to be safe on acrylic and fibreglass finishes. Do not use abrasive household scourers, which are not designed for this application.
Do I need to drain the spa to use it?ā–¾
No. The pad is designed for use at the waterline with the spa filled, where build-up typically concentrates. Work around the waterline with the pad dry or lightly dampened.
Can I use cleaning products with the pad?ā–¾
The pad is effective on its own without chemicals. If you want to use a cleaning agent, check it is safe for your spa surface material and rinse thoroughly before allowing bathers to use the spa again.
How often should I clean the waterline?ā–¾
Every 2 to 4 weeks is a reasonable minimum for most spas. In a heavily used spa or during warm weather, the waterline marks more quickly and may need more frequent attention.
